The voices you hear are those of Dr Sidney Cohen and of an unnamed American housewife who volunteered for an experiment at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Los Angeles in 1956.
Not clear if the original footage comes from a television program of the same year about mental health issues or from a FDA film which explores the history of hallucinogenic drugs, and specifically the effects and therapeutic uses of lysergic acid diethylamide.

This woman's husband was an employee at the hospital and referred her to this study. Dr Sidney Cohen, was dosing volunteers at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Los Angeles. Dr Cohen, seen sitting.
